The shipment of the ordered goods to you is carried out within Switzerland and also to the Principality of Liechtenstein under the same conditions. In addition, we do not deliver to Campione d’Italia, Büsingen and Samnaun.
After processing your order, we will hand over the package to the Swiss Post, which will deliver it like a registered postal package. The shipping cost with the Swiss Post is CHF 9.
For orders over CHF 50 we grant free delivery.

General Terms and Conditions of Peïthō Perfumes & Scented Candles
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Peïthō Perfumes & Scented Candles GmbH, Eschenring 8, 6300 Zug (hereinafter referred to as “Peïthō”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”), which are concluded via the Peïthō website (www.Peitho-Perfumes.ch).
2. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of the products on the Peïthō website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order. By ordering the desired products, the customer makes a binding offer. Peïthō can accept this offer by sending the customer an order confirmation by email.
The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is received by the customer.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices for the products are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT (VAT).
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
When paying by credit card, the invoice amount is charged upon reception of the order.
4. Delivery and Shipping
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery time is 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
The shipping costs are CHF 9.- per order. Shipping costs are waived for orders over CHF 50.-
5. Right of Return
The customer has the right to return the ordered products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
The return is at the customer’s own risk and expense.
If the products are returned in perfect condition, the purchase price will be refunded.
6. Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.
7. Liability
Peïthō is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Peïthō is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
8. Data Protection
Peïthō uses the data provided by the customer to process the contractual relationship. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
The customer has the right to view and delete their data.
9. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of an invalid provision, a valid provision shall apply that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
Swiss law applies. The court of jurisdiction is Zug.
